Sub-Processors & Third-Party Integrations

To support the delivery of our Services, Southland Ventures, Inc. d/b/a AcutisLOS utilizes certain third-party "Sub-processors" and offers optional "Integrations" with industry partners. This page provides transparency regarding who these entities are and what role they play in handling data.
1. Authorized Sub-Processors
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by AcutisLOS who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may include Personal Data). These entities are essential to the core infrastructure and operation of our platform.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Partners
Unlike sub-processors, Integrations are third-party services that a User (Broker/Lender) chooses to enable within the Platform. These integrations facilitate the exchange of data between AcutisLOS and other mortgage or insurance software.
Note: Your use of these integrations is governed by your separate agreement with that third-party provider. AcutisLOS is not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities.

- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
